Dog Rescue Stories: Clark and His Sister Were Abandoned in a Cardboard Box

By Jarissa Aquinde, Positively Woof Rescue and Adoption Story Editor

His name is Clark Kensington! He lives in Los Angeles, CA. He and his sister were found in a cardboard box in Lancaster, CA. Someone had abandoned them as puppies after they moved away.

Clark was adopted at four months of age. His sister, Roxy, was also adopted the very same day! Clarkand Roxy live only a few blocks from each other now and have play dates a few times a week! They still get to grow up together, which is wonderful.

The rescue that took them in was named Paw Parent (in Lancaster, CA). Clark’s DNA test revealed he is a Labrador/Australian Cattle Dog mix…which makes sense when you see his giant ears!

Clark is now almost three years old and he lives with his rescued brother, Flash (a 13 year old Schipperke) and his rescued sister, Dior (13 year old tuxedo cat). He spends his days hiking, going to Doga, and having play dates with all his friends! He also makes his human’s life complete! Life is good for this boy!
